Textile Effluent treatment plant

Electro-chemical Wastewater Treatment Plant for Textile Industry.

The textile industry utilizes various chemicals and large amount of water during the production process. Textile finishing industry uses large amounts of water, mainly for dyeing and cleaning/washing operations. About 200 L of water are used to produce 1 kg of textile.

The textile wastewater effluent contains high amounts of hazardous pollutants including suspended and dissolved solids, biological oxygen demand (BOD),chemical oxygen demand (COD), chemicals, contain trace metals like Cr, As, Cu and Zn and color . If these wastewaters are discharged into the environment they will cause serious and harmful impact not only on underground and surface water bodies and land in the surrounding area but also will have an adverse effect on the aquatic ecological system.

RT ECO systems uses electrochemical method of treatment by anodic oxidation using anodes with catalytic coatings to oxidise the dye wastes for all the varying characteristics of textile effluents. RT ECO Textile WWTP in combination with chemical coagulation and electrochemical oxidation effectively decreases the pollutant loading.

RT ECO Textile Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is the most cost Effective & technically proven system to remove the unwanted hazardous chemicals, dyes and other chemicals from the wastewater and meets the statutory pollution control requirements, especially for textile wastewaters.
